You won’t find a better B&B anywhere, and that’s a fact. Jim and Jo were so very kind to us, and they both went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent experience at their establishment. The grounds there are beautiful, and the people even more so.

Very warm welcome by Jo and Jim. Jo drove us into town to show us around, and even offered to drive us in a second day. Very comfortable bed, loveseat, plenty of space to put luggage, incredibly well-stocked kitchen including eggs, two kinds of milk, fresh baked banana bread and scones, a big canister of cookie-candy bars, chocolate bar, marshmallows, oatmeal, granola, fresh blueberries and strawberries, jams and honey, slab of butter, bottle of wine, platter of cheese and crackers to welcome us, apples, bananas, kiwis, crisps. Terrific shower, excellent heat system, lovely outdoors garden areas to sit in the sun, lots of travel brochures, Even party lights! In other words, everything you might need and then some!

The minute I arrive The host greeted me with the warmest welcome. She had everything ready for my stay. The apartment is so cozy and quaint. A real hidden gem. I wish I could stay longer. I will definitely come back for a longer stay.

I love meat

Our stay at Gráisín was amazing, we felt so welcome from the minute we arrived and were so comfortable for the duration of our stay. Jo & Jim are extremely accommodating and such lovely people who truly go above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable and have everything you need for your stay, including breakfast, water, snacks, tea & coffee! We already can’t wait to visit again, we couldn’t recommend enough ☺️

Not a thing!

The place was amazing, so clean, and the hosts were excellent. The location is great so peaceful and a short drive into Kilkenny, I will be making this a regular stay.

The place was an absolute gem. Spotless clean, very well equipped, spacious and just a little ride outside Kilkenny. Jo paid so much attention to details just to make us feel comfortable and just like home. The breakfast and snacks were great with many many options. however I missed a table somewhere in the room, maybe a small coffee table in front of the couch. I would definitely choose Jo's b&b if I ever visit Kilkenny again.

The only reason that didn't suit me was that the bed was too soft and didn't help with my back problem. But that was just a minor issue and personal preference
