Nice host. Comfortable. Bottle of wine, cheese and crackers, cookies, candies, a bunch of breakfast stuff, coffee, tea and more. Great value because of generous host. Short drive to nice Kilkenny. The tiny house is extremely well equipped.

Warm, welcoming and friendly hosts, very obliging and kindly gave us a lift to into Kilkenny on numerous occasions. Really nice breakfast, loads of options to choose from as-well as selections of tea and coffee. Really loved the welcoming drinks, chocolate treats and the cheese platter. The property had loads to offer us during our stay and provided loads of toiletries. Loved the decor and the little positive affirmations around the room to brighten your day.

I would highly recommend this property, there is nothing I didn’t like.

Jo and Jim couldn't have been more hospitable during our stay. From providing plenty of food, drink and comfort, to being exceptionally kind with driving us into Castlecomer for a wedding. We couldn't have asked for much better hosts!!

This haven really felt like ‘coming home’ after happy days being a tourist.The generosity of the host was amazing…the ‘have when it suits you’ breakfast set us up all day and then some, and so many thoughtful extras. Sitting in the lovely garden, privacy if you wanted it , company if you felt like it …enjoying a provided for you cuppa, home made treats and/or wine and a local cheese board. Super comfy bed. 6 km from Kilkenny-it was lovely having a quiet base.

Beautiful bathroom with walk in shower for limited ability people. Kitchen facilities for a nice breakfast with wonderful home made bread. Fridge stocked with their own eggs; fruit, butter, jam, juice. They made sure we were well taken care of and had everything we needed. Control of our own heat was really appreciated as we found out was a problem at other places. No stairs was great for me with my arthritis! Free parking in front of the door. Very hard to find near or in cities in Ireland. Will stay there again! Love Jo and Jim

Best supplied room we’ve had in 6 weeks. Everything one needed was supplied including a complimentary bottle of wine crackers and cheese as a welcome. I am gluten free and Jo had supplied gf savoury and sweet crackers and beautiful bread. Lots of options for breakfast left for us both. Wonderful. We also had our car breakdown in town and Jo ripped into town with jumper leads. Both wonderful hosts.

It is very clean, comfortable. Loved the decor and warm hospitality from Jo. The breakfast and all the little extras she provides are fantastic.

OUr hosts were superb and went out of their way to help They were perhaps the best host we have had on our travels.

Graisin was a wonderful accommodation. I would give it a 5 star rating. The hosts could not have been more friendly and helpful. Jo had the room fully stocked with wonderful food, a bottle of wine and homemade bread and scones. When we were concerned about driving back into Kilkenny she took us in and picked us up both days of out stay, which went above and beyond anything we would have ever expected. Her husband, Jim, offered to have us follow him out of town upon departure to be sure we got to the correct highway. Since we had a GPS system available we did not need to accept his very generous offer. Super accommodations and wonderful people. Highly recommend this place to other Ireland tourists.
