Not super clean

The kitchen utensils. They have everything we need. Also, the towels were cleaned and were in all the rooms. WiFi worked very well.

The TV didn't work. It worked only a few minutes after arrival and stopped. You can imagine having children and nothing to watch when at home. Also, the outside passage to the door could do with a little housekeeping

Space and comfy bed with clean linen and towels

Very shabby and dirty. Seemed like a student accommodation and in need of renovation. Dirty skirting boards, carpet and fan in bathroom. Walls badly marked. Would have left but they made it quite clear there were no refunds on the booking and so it would have been impossible to find other accommodation on such short notice.

Rooms not as described in pictures could not seat family round table due to location and space available not very clean decor needs refreshing TV could do with normal channels does not support many apps made enquiries no follow up and Internet intermitent no mattress protectors shower leaks therefore pressure low leak under sink in bathroom no drying rack as stated might want to look at pest control in kitchen cupboard advance warning of noisy neighbours above would be good certainly not worth the money we paid

Wasnt the cleanest, and the people above were noisy from 7am to 10pm, kids running about, banging, music playing loud! Dog barking! Not very peacful,also entry area dirty and lighting poor, no parking spaces The flat is big but needs updated and a good clean

The fact that the bedroom lamp was cracked and that tv never worked then I got an invoice after leaving too pay for repairs on the tv and lamp

Good location. Washing machine worked with laundry capsules supplied. Water was hot.

Smelled of smoke, mould on the walls (looks like rising damp), very unclean freezer, floors (hair balls from previous tenants), towel left from previous guests, dirty oven exterior and unable to read controls, no mattress protectors with one mattress urine stained and smelly, no response from owner when contacted (clearly doesn’t manage inbox over the weekend).
