"Couldn’t stay. Zach was great found me somewhere else to stay."

Hard to say as I couldn’t get any where near the accommodation. Access was down a steep path. I am disabled using 4 wheel walker. My balance very bad. It was impossible for me.

As above. I will add that I cancelled straight away so Zack could hopefully get another booking, which I believe he did. Booking.com gave me a $20 refund, out of pocket over $600. Won’t book with them again.

Facilities are top notch

Accessibility. Partner is due for knee surgery in 3 weeks so I’ve been very cautious with accessibility issues and had been advised that there was 1 step, with a photo showing said step. What wasn’t advised was a fairly steep slope from the road down to the back of the property where the apartment was located under the house above. The path was concrete but sloping down and sideways with a couple of steps one side or steeper the other.
