Y Ffau - A gorgeous little caravan

Loved the van, having never stayed in a tourer. It was bigger than I expected! Lovely area! 10 minutes walk into town. Peaceful surroundings The garden being enclosed was a plus especially for my elderly dog who could mooch and play ball

Lovely private garden.

Nothing

Self-sufficiency. Cleanliness - couldn't fault it. Provision of bed linen and towels. Being able to cook for myself and not having to 'handover' so letting me leave the property early next morning. No external noise.

Would have been nice to have a breadknife and wooden spoon.

A well-maintained caravan, with everything needed. Clean and cosy. Loved staying here and made me consider caravaning again. Easy walk into town. Milk and tea provided. Host was helpful and lovely.

As others have said, wasn't the easiest to find if just going by address, but Helen was on hand to explain. I might advise put something very visible at the entrance, to help stand out. WiFi kept cutting out. I expected this and didn't rely on having WiFi.

A really quirky idea. It suited me well for one night, as a stop over during hiking the Offa’s Dyke path. It was better value than a hotel, private and very cosy. Helen was a lovely host and very helpful.

I would have liked a little more info on how to work the toilet.

Breakfast not provided but cold water and milk in the fridge.

My Satnav didn't pinpoint the property using the post code. I took coordinates when I was there. They are N 52.339486 and W 003.038677

It was ideal to rest my head and meet up each day with my extended family and only five minutes away without having Togo into town. The owner was very pleasant and helpful, only sorry I had to leave early without personally thanking her.

Found it a little difficult to enter the van without any support (handle) but I am 92 years old!
