Ligging Ruime leefruimte Veel licht

Toch niet proper genoeg achtergelaten door vorige huurders ( controle?) Slechte geur in inkomhal ( vocht uit kelderverdieping?) Slecht werkend sleutelkastje ( aan vervanging toe) Te weinig opbergruimte voor kleding - geen kast of haakjes in kamer met stapelbed Info over huisvuil gedateerd ( nieuw systeem van afvalverwerking in de gemeente niet vermeld in de info) Geen droogrek- handdoeken en badkleding laten drogen was moeilijk Te weinig parkingmogelijkheid In de toekomst terrasdeur en ramen best vervangen
