1 minute walk from beach, very clean, very cosy, free parking spot right in front of entrance, dish washer, toaster, coffee,.....perfect!

Nothing to complain about. Ok, maybe it would be nice to install a fan in the bathroom and toilet that turns on when you turn on the light, to prevent humidity and smells. But this is nitpicking.....
