Nice and cozy apartment, well equipped and in good condition. I definitely recommend it.

It seems this is a private apartment in a hotel complex - Srebrna Planina - then If you have a request, in my case toilet paper refill, trash bags or clogged shower drain, the host is directing you to the reception of the hotel, but the personnel from reception don't really care. By reading the reviews from other guests, I am not the first reporting these problems. Too bad no improvements are done since the apartment does have potential. Other recommendations - more opaque curtains in the bedroom, not to wake by the early sun rays, and at least a broom available in the apartment if cleaning is not done during the stay.

Fully equipped apartment in a beautiful quiet location, easily accessible, large parking lot in front of the building. It is located in a hotel complex that has a restaurant and a spa center.
