"Superb accommodation and close to the beach and close to the the beach and an easy walk to town and restaurants."

Everything! The apartment was gorgeous. Spacious, well appointed and well equipped. Close to the Nissi Beach Club and as guests we could reserve a lounge by the sea. The lounge’s were exceptionally comfortable and the service exemplary. Just loved it! Hasan was very friendly and welcoming.

Nothing really. It was on the 2nd floor but staff from the restaurant helped with our luggage.

Evin konumu cok güzeldi. Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Tertemizdi ve tam bir ev konforundaydı. Ev sahibi de ihtiyacımız olan her konuda anında yardımcı oldu. Mesajlara çabuk dönüş yaptılar ve giriş ve çıkışta çok kolaylık sağladılar. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Ev yeni, eşyalar yeni, temiz ve düzenli. İki oda, iki banyo, iki balkon ve salonu mutfağıyla aile için yeterli ve ferah. Her odada kliması, televizyonu mevcut. Çamaşır makinesinden mutfak eşyalarına kadar herşey çok kaliteli ve gönül rahatlığıyla kullandık. İhtiyaç duyabileceğimiz her şey mevcuttu. Çok rahat ettik. Ev sahipleriyle iletişim ihtiyacı hissettiğimiz bir konu olmadı. Sabah kahvaltılarında sahildeki beachlerini denedik. Orası da çok güzel bir yer, menüler büyük ve doyurucu. Orada aile üyeleriyle de tanışma fırsatı bulduk. Samimi dialoglarıyla yardımcı oldular. Kısacası beklentimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı.

Cam balkon kapılarında sineklik olabilir.

sehr gute, ruhige Lage aber sehr nahe am Zentrum. Von den beiden Balkonen seitlicher Blick aufs Meer.

"Fantastisch"

Toplocatie, 2 minuten loopafstand van het strand en allemaal leuke beachclubs. Inclusief Nissi Beachclub. Supermarkt om de hoek en Kos Old Town is op 15min loopafstand en ondertussen loop je langs allemaal leuke winkeltjes en restaurants. Hassan was zeer behulpzaam, hij was altijd bereikbaar. Regelde voor ons vervoer en gaf ons adviezen voor leuke plekken. Het huis was schoon en netjes met meer dan voldoende handdoeken en spullen aanwezig en de aircos werkten uitstekend. Hierdoor kon ik mijn hond met een gerust hart af en toe thuis laten wanneer het buiten te heet was. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

"New and good apartment in Kos town close to the beach"

New and very good apartment in top position in the city and very close to the beach. Very nice panorama from the apartment where you can see the sea.

Persistant bad smell coming from the main bathroom. No elevator and hard stairs to go up to the apartment. Price little bit expensive…but I knew what I was buying
