Clean and comfortable accommodation, good location.

The apartment was clean and everything was in place

The WiFi was working There was an unpleasant smell can't tell which part of the apartment

Everything overall was good and clean

The kids upstairs in flat 3 were noisy till midnight,jumping on top of our head,they were too noisy

Every thing was fine

Only thing I am not happy about No lock door in side toilet. Other thing no door locks in bedroom.

Já é a segunda vez que ficamos. A localização para o que necessitavamos é excelente. O apartamento é muito bom mas necessita de algumas melhorias. As indicações e informações para a recolha das chaves é muito simples e o staff da agência respondem bastante rápido.

As camas estão péssimas. Os colchões estão cheios de mossas e ondas e sente se as molas todas. Os colchões são os mesmos de há mais de 3 anos. E já na altura queixei me. O sofá tá horrível - necessita de ser mudado . As quantidade de loiças e utensílios para um aptm que acomoda 6 pessoas não é suficiente. Pois temos que andar a lavar para usar no prato seguinte. A cabeça de Chuveiro não tava funcional que dificulta a toma do banho. Os proprietários necessitam de substituir as mobílias em mau estado.

I liked the location

I didn’t like anything else. The property was disgusting when we checked in. It was missing basic necessities in the kitchen and bathroom. There was mould all over the bathroom and kitchen floors, cupboards and other areas. The windows were full of gung and dirt on the outside so you couldn’t see much through the windows. The living room windows were broken as well as the blinds therefore could not operate well. The mattress were absolutely terrible and unclean when it came to comfort. My siatica was triggered. The comfort issue wasn’t just for me. It was also for my partner, parents and children who experienced the same. When I raised these issues during my stay, I was given excuses and staff were unhelpful and took their time to come back to me with solutions. We didn’t have ironing facilities. I was told there is a dishwasher in the property but there wasn’t. We didn’t have enough basic necessities I..e chairs, cutlery, towels etc. in summary I and my family hated our stay and our experience was the worst in our lives. I would not strongly advise customers looking at this company and property to think twice especially if you are with family, elderly people or people with disabilities as it does not support any of this. I have made a complaint regarding my stay and asked for a full refund however the company are stalling and makeing excuses. The advertisement is misleading and gives you a good expectation but the actual property is a shithole and the only reason I chose to stay on for the few days that I had booked was because the alternative for us was to be on the street and therefore I chose this property. It was a total waste of my money, my time and not to mention the inconvenience and follow up health problems myself and my family have suffered through out.

The rooms are spacious

The main thing i didn’t like about everything is about the mattresses,very uncomfortable to spend the whole night there,also no detergents in the bathroom to clean up

Centralt boende. Stora sovrum. Badkar. Smidig in- ochbitvhevkning.

Det luktade fruktansvärt illa i korridoren utanför lägenheten. Sängarna var hårda. En av madrasserna lutade så dottern åkte ner i fotändan. Badrummet var smutsigt med damm och kladdiga handavtryck. Även i vardagsrummet/köket var det mycket damm och kladd. I mellanrummen på matbordet fanns det matrester kvar. Också soffan var smutsig. Då set var en springa mellan dörren till lägenheten och golvet var det väldigt lyhört. Handtaget till dörren på lägenheten satt inte fast ordentligt. Låset till ytterdörren till fastigheten krånglade varje gång vi skulle in.
