This is my worst place in Italy. We missed the train and arrived quite late to check in to our room. and we were literally abandoned. We stood in front of the house for 30 minutes trying to contact them but they did not respond. from the phone number on booking to the house's previous phone number. we are really helpless. It wasn't until we canceled the room that they contacted us again. but at that time my phone was out of battery. We had to sleep outside all night. A terrible night for me. I changed my decision not to cancel the room and paid 140 euros to be able to write these words. unacceptable

Everything’s was perfect ; if ı will come again to cinque terre , definitely ı will stay there again , the owner put some tea and coffee for us , she let me check out one hour later.

Location was great in Manarola! Easy to find and host Lulia, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Space was large and clean and felt very welcoming! Has a washing machine in unit which was super helpful as we were 1.5 weeks into our travel at this point. Shower was fantastic! Kitchen area very helpful and spacious with large table. Thanks again Lulia!

Wish the sofa bed was a bit comfier and maybe darker blinds in master bedroom as well as at night you can see streetlights bright in room. Keys and passcode on main door a bit finicky at times but easy once you got used too! But overall great stay!
