The location is brilliant. Everything was really clean and the bathroom is very nice.

The main door has frosted glass. This door leads to the bedroom, but there is no blind/curtain so it's pretty light in the room as long as the sun isn't under. No option to open a window in the bedroom. No real duvet, just blankets Passport pictures had to be sent via WhatsApp. They said it was Italian law, but I don't think it's really appropriate to send details like that through WhatsApp.

Interior design and room size

Advertised wrongly with balcony but its a closed room and hard to find. Bathroom noise is loud when you arw opening the shower

Spotless apartment with all the amenities you would need.

The lighting was not warm.

The location was great and very central. The host was very helpful in many ways and always responded to all messages sent as quickly as possible. They gave clear concise instructions regarding the check-in and key retrieval, and provided valuable information regarding various activities and outings in the Cinque Terre.

There was nothing not to like, but just a note to all, it is a steep uphill climb to get to the apartment and there are a number of steps (although they are quite low and even) to get to the apartment, therefore advise you to pack as lightly as possible. Should you have large luggage, we highly recommend the bag transfer gentleman suggested by the hosts.

It was well a equipped and spacious apartment. The host left coffee pods and washing detergent for us to use. It was clean and well kept.

It took us a little while to figure out access (door code and knack to open the door). Once we figured out - it was ok.
