Il parcheggio gratuito è quasi inesistente, tutti parcheggiano sul posto della struttura. Per fortuna si trova lo stesso parcheggio in zona

Amplasarea este aproape de plajă de magazine.

Balconul lipsește, acesta fiind transformat în bucătărie . Uscătorul de rufe insuficient pentru uscarea prosoapelor pentru o familie din 5 persoane. Amplasarea uscătorului este posibilă doar in incinta spațiului de dormit.
