I liked how spacious the room is, location wise it was fairly close to the main part of the city. As long as you have a car I think this is a pretty great place to stay if you are coming as a group of four. The shower worked as expected and there was complementary body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

I think the AC was a little bit finicky to deal with, we attempted to put it on a warm setting but for some reason we felt like it wasn't changing at all. Then as mentioned in the information there is no car parking available at the hotel so we ended up just parking across the street which wasn't that bad. The bathroom door was a bit odd because it has a window that is quite big, but its a obscured window so you could only really see the outline of the person in there.

The apartment is very well located, within easy walking distance of public transport and close to Kumamoto Castle, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. It is a fairly modern place, with a large bedroom and adequate bathroom facilities. The amenities were sufficient for a comfortable stay, and the check-in process was smooth. A good and practical option for staying in Kumamoto.
