Very complete and good value for money

Very good place to stay, the location was perfect. There was always someone for our call. She answered all the question we had and ever gave us a ride from ferry to hotel. There was also a bicycle, the room was extrellmely good. You can find every need in this small island. Thank you again for the stay

The property is amazing with very well organized and you could find hell lot of details designing the apartment with roughly all the amenities that one could think of.

Just the chlorine content in the swimming pool was high!

Very nice and cozy place, easy to get to on bike as most travelers are on bike on the island. nice and new apartment, clan, spacious, big shower, nice and Small pool. plus to the place as they have bikes for rent at the apartment which were good quality

Very spacious apartment with a front patio and a private backyard. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had very nice toiletries. The check in and check out process was very smooth. The kitchen is very well stocked and you can easily cook if you have the supplies The staff were very helpful and nice

It’s a little far from the main part of the island. So if you do not ride a bike, you have to walk to call for a taxi. The road outside is not cemented. So if it rains, your shows will get muddy. It’s also completely dark in the evenings. So please carry the torch provided by the maison

Nice property with nice rooms.

Just look elsewhere on La Digue. While the staff on site are great, the management is laughably bad. They are not onsite and purposefully impossible to contact (staff claim their contact information is available, it is not). Management clearly does not care about the wellbeing of guests, just that they extract money from you with minimal effort on their part. We had a basic issue (no hot water during our stay) that went unresolved for two days, despite contacting management and staff several times. Our request to management to fix the issue conveniently went unanswered until after we left (look at other reviews for this same issue). Then the management lied and gaslit us, making it seem like a non-issue, attributed to a few hours of rain (so if it rains, don’t expect to have hot water? Absurd.). They then said we had already checked out, so there wasn’t anything they could do to help at that point. We had to pursue a refund through Booking.com due to their lack of care and attention to the issue.

The location is close to the best beaches, supermarket around the corner and take away close. Outside area is nicely decorated. The apartment is spacious. Staff is pleasant. Breakfast was good. We were concerned about swimming pool size but it’s good enough for two to relax a bit. Safe box in the apartment, air conditioning worked well. Private terrace in front and at the back

Slight odour of tobacco in the apartment
