Maison Charme De L'ile

Our host was lovely! We requested to help us have dinner on our front terrace, and if she could, cook us some local dishes with fresh fish. The result was the perfect and delicious dinners that I had with my wife after some long days doing snorkeling and sight seeing. Our host was so nice that she cooked some delicious dishes, and also brought fresh fruits that we enjoyed so much. She also helped us planned all the trips to La Digue, told us about the history of the island, where we should go, what to visit, helped us with transportation and also we found out that all of the islands inhabitants were kind and always prepared to help with directions if we got lost. To everyone that wants to visit La Digue, we encourage you to stay at least 3 days on the island, and defiantly at Maison Charme de L'ile! <3

Very high standard in everything including garden, exterior, interior. Everything looks brand new. The room was large and had absolutely everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and let us use our rental bikes and shower facilities even after check-out, also helped us with laundry for a small cost.

This place is just great! The room is very convenient and beautiful, the kitchen is functional (and we cooked there everyday) and there are bicycles that you can rent at the place. Maybe the most significant part of the stay was the housekeeper Johnete. She is very kind and helpful. When we had special requests, she solved them pretty immediately. For example, since we are vegan, she has prepared especially for us the traditional desert in Seychelles named Ladob. Was delicious!

The owner's choice of designing the house, each and everything in the house was probably handpicked and unique.Wish to stay in their Villa next time.

The approach road to the property was pitch dark after sunset.

With caring owners and a lovely garden (you won't need the pool really), it's a top pick for a serene escape on La Digue.

The Maison was amazing. It was very well equipped and it has a beautiful garden. Would come back and stay for a few weeks there.

Jeannette was a great host! She was always there for us! Perfect communication also via whatsapp. The room was huge and more facilities than we even needed (microwave, kitchen overall) AC worked also fine Lovely garden, even on both sides! Paradise!!!
