Clean, adequate space, well stocked, comfortable beds and sofas

Brown/orange water coming from the kitchen sink for a short period of time Loud construction noises for two days

the carpets should be replaced with tile floor, it smells a bit like maybe a cat/dog? hot water is almost a trickle

The stairs to the apartment may kill someone. That needs to be told to people booking it makes a difference. Unpleasant odor. After investigating there was a strong urine odor from the sofa ottoman. Body wash and items still in the shower, seems like someone may have been there recently. Hair and other things in the bathroom. Not as clean as it could've been. Disinfecting was a huge concern.
