Location was ideal for my business visit to Coatbridge

The property owner has no concept of customer service. She was rude regarding directions on the first instance. I am now currently seeking legal advice following a safety failure on her electric gates which closed on my brand new car. She has shown no remorse, nor has she been amicable regarding the situation. This has come at a considerable to me - AVOID.

Beautiful enclosed garden. Bathroom and bedroom tastefully decorated. The owner has a good eye for detail and I love the art work. Lovely bbq area and we could let the children play without being worried. We chose this property as it was in close proximity to our sons house and local shops. We were going to go to Ayr but decided to make use of the facilities and instead had a family bbq. It was great to see our grandchildren who we hadn't seen for a year enjoying you garden. Sofa bed lovely and comfortable. The view fron the veranda was an added bonus. We had a great stay and would come back again.

Nothing major, but a small freezer perhaps put in the toy cupboard would be a great asset. Also, an air fryer could be stored in there, too. A few more kitchen utensils suitable for the bbq. It's a shame you only allow 2 dogs as we came with our daughter and her chow so we had to arrange for dog sitters for our two. I think if I was staying longer a washing machine would be needed.

Such a beautiful location hidden away just off a busy highway , we really loved the originality of this place, wish we could have spent more time here
