HOH - Chalet Frodo

Clean functional. Good instructions mostly.

Couldn’t find the microwave/ grill instructions. The appletv password was wrong and they didn’t respond to a request to provide the right information

Very clean and it had everything you need. The bed was comfortable.

Not much space and shower is difficult for a tall or large.

Bath room pole is a bit moldy. Bath room sink is very small. Shampoos are on the floor on the bathroom. Sofa bed a bit dusty when it was opened for use. Dogs were barking made me worried something or someone around the facility.

Very lovely place, practically equipped, clean and big enough. Bathroom with always warm water, washing machine and enough of towels, incl.hair dryer. Kitchen well equipped as well. Terrace with romantic lighting. Parking in front of the chalet. Strong WiFi connection.We felt very well!

There is no Frodo picture in Frodo Chalet:( But of course it's not needed and we enjoyed anyway!!

Small bit the perfect size for a short trip to Hobbiton. There are lots of facilities packed in to the unit, which had air conditioning and parking.

Location was in Matamata. Washing machine (in the bathroom). Creative writing and lies (both Bookings and own website) created a false impression of what we were getting.

Just about everything. A small bungalow in a backyard. Barely able to get around bed, worn out sofa bed, no indoor table/ chairs. Lacked privacy, storage space, room to move. Overpriced.

If you're visiting Hobbiton, this place had a discount code for us to use when we booked. The room was decorated very cutely. Loved the full sized fridge and the washing machine that worked like a dream. It was clean and comfortable with a large mirror to do your makeup in.
