"Passable"

5.0

Too small for two people. No table and chair. Nowhere to sit for a meal. The bed is and toilet is too small. It's not a full kitchen. Cooking is difficult

Excellent location for our needs. Liked the full-sized fridge/freezer. Warm sunny unit.

the couch is past it's best. The bathroom vanity could have been a bit bigger. and a table inside for dinning

We booked due to the proximity for the Hobbiton Tour. The Chalet was really close and enabled us to not have to rush in the morning to make our scheduled tour.

The dog in the yard behind the Chalet. That thing can bark!

"Lovely Cozy Tiny House."

The unit was well equipped & clean

Too small for 3 . Sofa bed too small. Too many units squeezed in garden Basin in bathroom tiny. Neighbours dog barking ,most of night.

"Really nice apartment with a parking close to Hobbiton!"

Clean and nice apartment. We could park our car (which was high because it had tent on a roof) without any problems. It had everything that we needed and it is close to Hobbiton, so if you have a morning tour we really recommend staying there!

"Pleasant"

Unit was light and airy and well equipped.

Bathroom vanity was too small.. No area to put toiletres except washing machine lid. No security locks on windows. Only one bedside table. Booking. com gave wrong number for lock box and was not easy to open. Thought we were booking into a motel (as did the other family) as the photo was a bit misleading.
