The accommodation was extremely clean & comfortable 👌 just what we needed for our stay in matamata.

I thought the location was abit more in the country. But was still a nice quiet suburb.

"Great tiny near Hobbiton"

It was beautiful and well amentitied and close to hobbiton.

The only issue I’d raise and it’s a pretty minor one is that the window coverings weren’t fantastic so I found it too bright in the morning. And I couldn’t find an outside light. Otherwise excellent.

Small but cozy. Got electric blanket and heater which saved us from the cold. All standard kitchen cutlery was provided with microwave. Free laundry service.
