I know most people have GPS - but my friend could not get her phone GPS to work. As many people (like us) may be older and not good at technology, it might be a good idea to include directions on how to get to Broadway and the Hobbiton i-site. Lots of your guests must be headed there, I'm sure. Clean and tidy. Everything we needed.

There was very little 'counter top' space in bathroom, on which to place toiletry items.
