Vermieter war nicht anzutreffen. Gebäude in dem das Appartement ist, war baufällig Der Flur zum Appartement ist extrem schmutzig, voll von komplett defekten Elektroinstallationen. Putz bröckelt und es riecht stark modrig. Das Appartment ist zwar geräumig aber spartanisch eingerichtet und riecht ebenfalls modrig. Ein altes Klavier nützt nichts. Auch mit Abstrichen nichts zum wohlfühlen. Der angebliche Seeblick ist durch andere Gebäude und Bäume verdeckt. In der Ortschaft kaum Infrastruktur wie Restaurants Supermarkt usw. Wir wollten eigentlich 2 Tage bleiben sind aber sofort abgereist und haben an anderen Orten für viel weniger Geld bessere Unterkünfte vorgefunden. Von Buchungen dieses Objektes raten wir dringend ab. Zum noch besseren Verständnis: Dies ist das erste Mal, dass wir so eine schlechte Kritik abgeben Unsere vorab bezahlte Überweisung wurde übrigens nicht erstattet. Ist reine Abzocke.

Dzīvoklis atrodas klusā vietā netālu no ezera.Varējam baudīt brīnišķīgu saullēktu. Netālu no dzīvesvietas var apmeklēt Lūznavas muižu.

Įspūdžiai baisūs- tie vadinami apartamentai sename tarybiniame nutriušusiame daugiabutyje.Laiptinė baisi. Butas suremontuotas, bet kažkoks nejaukus, su keliais atsitiktiniais baldais.Apie virtuvę ir vonią nieko negaliu pasakyti, nes nesinaudojome, bute nepasilikome ir nenakvojome. Butas išvalytas, bet jame nuo drėgmės pelėsio kvapas, kurio prisigėrusi patalynė. Pati patalynė sukėlė abejonę dėl jos švaros, ant paklodės dėmė, o spintoje suversti užvalkalai, nesuprasi - ar skalbti, ar dar ne. Todėl nebuvo malonu ir nakvoti tokia aplinkoje neprisivertėme. Šeimininkas gyvena turbūt kitoje šalyje, komunikacija buvo apsunkinta.

Good location. Easy to get inside. Quiet.

The apartment is quite clean, but I was not sure about the bed linen and towels, so for safety, I slept in my own sleeping bag and used my own towel. The bed is a pull-out sofa and one end of it was raised. To avoid discomfort, I slept a bit lower, and for a person 1.70 meters tall, the bed was too short then. There are main necessities in the apartment, but comfort or coziness is missing. In the bathroom, things have to be put on the floor, there are no bedside tables, only ceiling lamps everywhere...

This was our second stay here - so we already knew that this is quiet and nice, spacious, but still cosy place. Bonus - something has changed here and we met a piano :) The collection of keys has imrpoved and now we did not have to meet anyone, we could youst arrive, press code, collect the keys at our own time. :)

Something has happended to the shower door. It is missing :D Therefore we had to take shower very carefully. We found only one tiny knife in the kitchen.. Its a good thing we did not have to cut anything larger than bred, cheese or cucumber.

Skaistā vietā, tīrs, kluss un sakopts dzīvoklis. Dzvoklis plašs, blakus stāvietiņa. Laipns saimnieks. Iesakām.

Mazi sīkumiņi - pietrūka liels virtuves nazis gaļas griešanai. Un dušas telpā varētu vēl kādu āķīti kur uzkārt drēbes, kad skalojies.
