Ocean Front Apartment

It was a great place to stay with the kids, very convenient access to the beach and apartment has all you need to spend a great day under the palm trees (beach chairs, snorkel gear, small surf boards, umbrella, beach blanket). Stores, restaurants nearby at walking distance, food truck and coconut stand at the beachfront. Communication with host was a breeze, she was available and very responsive.

Town garbage collection at 3am on Monday was very loud and woke us up(second floor apartment), but that is outside of the host's control. The apartment on the 17th floor probably has no issue with that.

Great location, easy to access. Right on the beach with fantastic views. All the amenities you could every want!

На две спальни мало одного туалета и душевой, нас было 5 человек, постоянная очередь.

The condo is charming, cozy, convenient, spacious, and in a great location. The front desk personnel is friendly and helpful. You get to wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the ocean. The amenities are there for your convenience (pots/pans, shampoo/conditioner, television). It is centrally located within walking distance of the grocery store, Walgreens, a bank, and the famous kiosks! You are centrally located to El Yunque Forest, and only 20-25 mins from Fejardo PR where there is plenty of snorkeling! We didn't speak to Alvy while there as everything was self explanatory but she makes it clear that if you need her, she is there! This is a great condo and we will def be back.

Minor things that if we were to reach out to Alvy, I'm sure she could have accommodated us. Like, we did not have enough fresh washcloths, and it could have been cleaned a little better. There isn't a washer or dryer on premises, but there is one close by!
