Ocean Front Apartment

The owner Alvi is extremely responsive and very accommodating. The view from the condo is incredible and the unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The condo is in an area with many restaurants and a grocery store. It is not a far drive to San Juan and other attractions.

There was really nothing we didn’t like. Check in was effortless. The building has a front desk that was always staffed. The property is gated, and the building is locked. We felt very safe.

Luqillo is awesome, Playa Azul is a beautiful beach. Close to everything, easily navigatable, & convenience of a kitchen/full apartment.

The apartment was super well equipped... it has EVERYTHING you need. Excellent wi-fi connection. Location was AWESOME! Close to restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket.

Absolutely loved our stay! Condo was comfortable for sleeping and the location is perfect. My kids had a blast. Very safe, stunning views, easy access. Will definitely stay again!

Let me tell you a little bit of this property, you go to the balcony and you have this beautiful view then you go out to the hallway and you got the view from the Rainforest El Yunque also when you ate at the room at night you can hear the sound of the waves. what else you can ask for? also Alvy was very professional and very polite thank you for make this vacation amazing

That it wasn’t really in walking distance of attractions!

The security guards at the front gate and inside the lobby were all very helpful and friendly. The unit keys were left inside the unit, which was unlocked. We had never encountered a unit that had a sliding barred door on the outside, but we got used to it. We were also able to follow the instructions of the Landlord/owner with the outside coded lock box, should the unit have been found locked. The host/owner was very responsive to our questions. Many items left in the kitchen were very useful during our stay, such as the large refrigerator with ice maker, toaster oven, coffe maker and microwave. The general theme of the unit (sea shore) was attractive and personalized. Next time we visit Puerto Rico, we would definitely stay longer in this unit, so we can see more of the local attractions.

Maybe better soundproofing, to prevent noisy music from detracting from our leisure activities?

Fantastic view, good cooking facilities, great access to beach. Good security system.
