Ocean Front Apartment

The view was amazing! The condo was clean and well decorated. The owners checked in via text and were available if we needed anything. Very convenient location as well.

Excellent location overlooking Playa Azul. The views from the 17th floor were spectacular. The building is very safe with a staffed front gate and staff in the lobby. Leaving the lobby you only need to cross one quiet street to be on the beach. Playa Azul is big, clean and quiet with plenty of shade available. The apartment has everything needed. Owner provided beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Kitchen was fully stocked if you want to prepare meals. Large grocery store (Amigo) across the highway, plus a bakery/coffee shop a minute away. Large living/dining area with two futon couches but you’ll spend all your time on the terrace (small table and several plastic chairs). Bed was comfy, if a little on the soft side. Bathroom is nice, shower great. Everything is nearby: we walked to Luquillo beach twice in the morning, drove to the kiosks (3 minutes) one night for dinner.

Beach is better than the neighboring two on each side, and you can actually swim because there are no rip tides, unlike the one at Wyndham Rio Mar next door, and the one to the right. Most of all I loved the trumpet player in the morning by the beach who turned out calm tunes during my coffee on the 17th story balcony overlooking the most incredible waters and views from the get go. In the evenings the street lights along the water glow in red brining another interesting dynamic to the area. Everything is safe and you are close to some of the best seafood at kiosks like #20 and/or La Parrilla where you get whole lobster and/or red snapper for around $30 total.

The views superb, the apartment had everything you need and was very clean

The view from the balcony was unbeatable. Alvys place was very well located in luquillo. With beach, food, groceries, gas, and Walgreens located within 5 minutes drive. The community being gated provided extra security. It's also so close to el yunque that we beat the traffic easily going there. The restaurants there stayed open late so we never had an issue with food. There are two ac units that work wonderfully to cool the rooms down. We also used the beach chairs and the mat and since we were traveling with limited luggage that worked out great for us. Overall an amazing and affordable place to stay in luquillo.

Big apartment with security in the entrance and parking place. The apartment has everything that you need. The view from the balcony in the 17th floor is amazing. The host is very friendly and helpful.
