"Very good appartment for our 4 nights stay in beautiful Marbella."

The appartment exceeded our expectations, very clean, modern, comfortable. excellent shower and bathrooms, and an amazing large balcony with a nice view on to the sea. we were in Marbella 4 nights from 27 to 30 of april, and although there were people on the plaza with all the wonderful statues of Salvador Dalì passing and strolling , it was very calm. I suppose in high season it will be more busy, but we liked being near to everything and in the town centre near the boulevard and old center. And when you close the balcony sliding doors, sound insulation is very good anyway. we didn't need the AC, so can't command on this. the pool on the roof with two jacuzzi's and 2 sauna's was very inviting, but although it was sunny and warm on our first day, it was windy, and we wanted to explore the town centre. the following days the weather was nice, but too overcast, so unfortunately we didn't use the pool, but the view is amazing also from the rooftop. Washer dryer, with tabs, detergent, everything very well stocked, also the kitchen utensils and glasses, plates, cuttlery, everything and more than you need, which is a real bonus, perfect. Communication via whatsapp and during arrival was very friendly and professional also. we recommand 100%.

Nothing we could think of. We were just happy to be on the 2d floor, and not on the 8th, when the big electrical blackout occured, and the elevators didn't work, among other things :) Thank you for also communicating directly to reassure us, and ask us if everything was alright, when this worrying and unusual event took place.

A perfect location. Paulo was just amazing, so helpful Close to old town, beach & promenade. Amazing choice of restaurants minutes away! Little supermarket 1min walk had everything.
