2º MTR - Marbella Temporary Rent 3 bedrooms Av del Mar

Location was very central and right beside the beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants based so close to it. Apartment was very clean.

Very little to complain about - the only issue was the pool area - no seating area up on the roof so couldn't use it to sunbathe etc.

Excellent location,very clean,Paola was brilliant help the whole stay was relaxing and well worth every penny

Location, decor and ambiance. I. Easy distance of shops bars and restaurants and only 5 mins from the old town. Great access to the beach and catamaran to Peurto Banus. Which is just a short 4 mile walk away.

We liked the spacious feel to the apartment. It was clean and had good facilities

The walls were very thin and there was a lot of noise from surrounding apartments. The swimming pool had been closed for many weeks due to drought but we weren’t informed.

Extraordinary and incredible stay and location. Clean, comfortable, and newly renovated.

Central location only a few minutes walk to the beach and old town ,restaurants and tapas bars all around us .It was sparkling clean and so spacious. Everything you could need was in the property from a fully equipped kitchen with a nespresso coffee machine and an abundance on glasses to enjoy a bottle of wine on the balcony. From the moment we arrived Paola was absolutely amazing and true professional at her job, she was on hand to help and advise for all our needs. We would not hesitate to return and in fact are looking at dates already.

Great location , any question / problem answered by the land lord in no time. The apartment looks new with all facilities

The pool and the Jacuzzi are just seeing nice in the pictures but they weren’t really maintained. As the apartment sitting in the center you can hear noise all night (it’s isolated but still you can hear)

The location was fantastic and the apartment was so spacious and it had everything you needed and the beds were very comfortable .Paola the property organizer was super/efficient/easy to get hold off and very pleasant to deal with.I would highly recommend this apartment to friends and family and I would stay there again without a doubt..thank you Paola for helping to make our holiday fabulous.

Best location in Marbella 🤩 close to old town and next to the promenade 🤩 Accommodation amazing, with the perfect view from balcony. All work properly. Car park it’s bonus and must be in Marbella 👍

The Apartments were absolutely fabulous, the location superb. The hosts Paolo and Maria brilliant and so attentive 👍👍😀😀

Nothing not to like, superb . Would definitely recommend.
