Very nice and clean property. Safe entrance and good to be able to store my bicycle safely. Would be handy if you’re by car as well. The apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything I needed.

This huge apartment is in a brilliant location for visiting Kortrijk. It's decor and facilities are of the highest standard. It has a parking place on the ground floor and is very secure. If you arrived in more than one car, as we did, there is public parking very close by which we found to be reasonably priced. We felt very lucky to have found such a place to stay.

As one of our group has reduced mobility, we found the staircase from the garage to the accommodation a little tricky as it doesn't have a handrail. The weather was hot during our visit, but it was not really possible to leave the windows open due to noise from the street and nearby train line. I would have liked somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom and a chair in the bedroom, but these are small matters that did not spoil our stay but would have made the accommodation more homely.

Great spot to explore Kortrijk. Great indoor parking. Entertaining local cabaret. Handy spot for the train, e.g. to Ypres. Plenty of places to eat and drink

This was our second stay here. We chose it mainly for the location and the closed garage it has. There is also a washing machine and dryer available, which was great because we stayed for a longer period.

1. Lack of Basic Kitchen Utensils: For guests staying longer, the kitchen lacked some basic utensils, making meal preparation and dining a bit inconvenient. 2. No Hooks for Towels in the Bathroom: The bathroom was missing towel hooks, which made it difficult to hang or organize towels efficiently. 3. Uncomfortable Mattress: The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and I struggled to get proper rest for the 20 nights I stayed. This significantly impacted my experience. 4. Garage Setup: Although the garage accommodates two cars, the setup requires one vehicle to park behind the other. This necessitates coordination with residents of the other apartment, which can be inconvenient if you need to leave or park at different times. It was unusual that the owner did not make an appearance or leave a message during our stay, especially given the holiday period of Christmas and New Year. Last year, we appreciated the personal touch when the owner visited. This time, we only received a message after our departure, explaining that he had a broken ankle, which he mentioned after I raised some of the issues we encountered. In general, this apartment is not ideal for longer stays unless the mentioned issues are addressed. Improvements in basic amenities, comfort, and communication would make it more suitable for extended periods.

Fabulous spacious apartment, with secure on site parking - particularly good for motor bikes. Easy accessibility for check in and check out. Good shower, nice bedrooms. Good utility room. Excellent location for town centre. Would have liked to have known more about the history of the building having seen the loft room. Would definitely book again.

Surprising that renovation didn't include better air conditioning, although there were good fans for bedrooms. Kitchen could be a little better equipped, eg cafetiere, jug, corkscrew and a basic welcome pack. Also, some decent coat hangers and hooks on doors to hang robes and towels.
