Location to city center was good and the garage for the car. Need to be agreed with the people from the second apartment how to park if they have a car too, Parking is in the line not in parallel.

I booked 3 bedroom apartment 3 days before arrival, however on the day of the arrival the host told that it was a mistake in booking.com and it should be 1 bedroom apartment. There was not time to change anything so I agreed. No rails on the stairs to get to the apartment, it can be dangerous for children and old people. Cannot close the door to the apartment without locking it as the door tongue was broken. No air conditioning on the second floor of the duplex (1 bedroom apartment). Was very hot to sleep and could not open the window because of the rain. Some lamps did not work. The carpet on the floor on the first floor was not very fresh with stains and white colors were already gray. Liquid soap in the toilet on the first floor was broken and did not work. Coffee machine was broken and there were no tea bags or coffee capsules to make somethings to drink. No paper napkins in the kitchen. Toilet on the second floor was without the door it was open by design and you can see the person if you are lying/sitting on the bed. Shower corner was without the curtain, water from washing was everywhere. One night was heavy rain and the glass roof and lamps in the garage started to leak in the morning. On the roof there was a lot of water till the knee. The roof drain was clogged. Then the alarm started to work because of the electricity failer. Worked about 2 hours till the people came and fixed the leak. The photos are added. Informed the host he reacted to the problem fast.

The shower trap needed cleaning out as it was difficult to get all the water flowing through. I didn't like the noise from the train close by.

Large spacious apartment close to town centre and the station (some noise at night). There's a second toilet in addition to the main bathroom and good kitchen facilities. On site parking (but see below)

There needs to be a system for the parking as you park one car in front of the other. So make sure you enquire with the other appartment if you or they need to move your cars. Maybe a whiteboard or noticeboard at the top of the stairs between the appartments? Also the stairs are quite steep with a 90° turn half way up and are made of shiny tiles. Really would benefit from some sort of handrail. So no disabled access.

This is my 4 th time going to the property, I love it , it has everything you need .

lovely comfortable space, clean and spacious. location was excellent. bed was very comfortable.

some saucepans provided were not for use with the induction hob but as there were no instructions it took a while to work out. car parking has to be one car in front of the other so if someone else is in the second apartment there is some negotiating to be done. some noise from the airport but it didn’t bother us.

The setup and the environment with a lot of (foreign) shops and food outlets
