Location, views and cleanliness

Beds were not comfy Outdoor setting had a broken chair No locks on any bedroom rooms

The staff are amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The cleaners had our room sparkling, well done team. The room was better than the pictures with a very homely feel. The location was central but far enough away from traffic and going to sleep with the waves crashing was perfection. This is our first choice for accommodation moving forward.

We had to go home.

The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was enough space for everyone to be comfortable in the living and dining room. The view was also absolutely stunning, being able to see the sunset/ sunrise.

It seemed to me to be advertised incorrectly. It’s Nautica but actually all the facilities are Seashells next door.. You have to trip down a lift walk through Seashells reception to access the pool.. which would mean walking all the way back through seashells reception, with a towel wrapped around yourself through the car park up a lift to get back to accommodation. Nautica ? Only via phone. No actual reception.

Allowing other apartments below us to smoke and the fumes and carsiagenics to blow up to our accommodation as we were trying to relax and enjoy the view .
