Some construction activity and noise may be experienced during this time. The works are scheduled to conclude by Friday 17 April 2026. Temporary fencing and equipment may partially impact ocean views from the swimming pool area. The pool and spa are scheduled to remain open throughout the works. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Beautiful and exceptional location. Great view and very peaceful.

There was no Wifi connection and there was no assistance available easily to fix the issue.

Spacious comfy and kitchen stocked well. Would be good to have a tv in one of the rooms.

Black out curtains would be good especially in main room as the blinds have gaps letting sun in.

"Splendid four days at Nautica residence"

Everything was as advertised Nice apartment and well contained. Will go back. Very clean. Close to shops and plenty of nice places to eat out. Surrounding areas peaceful and great for long walks.

Nothing to complain about.
