HOH - Hazel's Boudoir

Location was good and central, bed was comfortable

Hazels boudoir listed as a 2 bedroom 2 bed. Tried to verify with no response from owner. Called on arrival and was told he had changed online 6 months and it was no his fault when we arrived to 1 bed and 1 bedroom. He did have staff add another bed, but still not 2 bedroom. House loses power if the front of the house is also occupied. There were ants in the house and the outside area was not usable due to being dripping wet. The neighbor living next door also blasts rap music till nearly 11 pm each night that is clearly heard inside the house.

We booked a 2 bedroom unit only to find that the unit had been changed to a 1 bedroom unit. The owners have advised Booking.com of this but Booking com still persists in advertising it as a 2 bedroom unit. Our host were accommodating and allowed us to stay in a 1 bedroom chalet as it had a sofa bed as well unfortunately, my sister could hardly walk from the pain after sleeping on the sofa. I am expecting a refund from Booking. Com.

No sound protection from next door, take long time for hot water, muddy parking place no milk for tea, too noisy extract fan in toilet,

The owner was really friendly and made things really easy for me to check in. The accommodation was really beautiful and clean

Hazel’s Boudoir was well decorated, clean, and had all the essentials and much more.

1 roll of toilet paper for 4 adults for 2 nights, requested additional tp, told only 1 roll to be provided, no dining table , second bed in lounge, hideous decor, dirty and dusty glasses, really disappointed

Beds were comfortable. Wifi and Netflix was good.

Interesting colour scheme 2 bed was in dining room facing kitchen. Very little kitchen space. Very tiny. The photos showed the whole house, from the front, not the actual room space or location.
