The location is perfect, sea view from the balcony.

The apartment is in need of renovation, a lot of furniture is broken, ACs old and not fanning properly. There was a cockroach on the balcony

Розміщення біля набережної, кафе, магазинів- це було зручно

Поряд є парковка, на парковці два дні були гонки на мото- це не дуже добре для відпочинку

Красивый вид на море с балкона, хорошая локация.

Владелец предоставил старые фотографии входной двери и сейфа для ключей. Сейчас все по-другому, поэтому мы долго не могли найти вход. Сейф для ключей открывается плохо, его надо потянуть на себя после ввода кода. Входная дверь в парадное тоже плохо открывается, ее сначала надо толкнуть от себя, потом потянуть на себя. Квартира нуждается в ремонте. Скрипучие двери, старая мебель, стены обшарпанные. Единственное преимущество - это вид на море с балкона.

The host was wonderfully helpful and attentive, and the property offered excellent value for money in a fantastic location.

Good location, close to the beach, nice view from balcony. Free parking across the street.

Dirty linen and sofa covers (noticeable stains), walls peeling off, spider webs and thick dust on air vents, dirty bathrooms and mold in the shower. There was no gas left for us to use the stove top, electric stove was out of order.
