The property is in a great location with a beautiful Terrace where you can watch the sunrise or have an afternoon drink or meal. Washing machine and the clothes hanger in the sun on the balcony was a blessing.

The bathroom is old which I was an aware of when booking so not the problem, however there can be a foul smell coming up from the sewage at times which wasn’t good. Biggest problem for us though was the air conditioner. It’s in the kitchen so doesn’t really reach the bedroom and it gets quite hot at night. Leaving windows open isn’t an option with the noise outside in a busy area. Air con is also quite old and in need of a service. It would work one day and not the next. I messaged the owner but he had issues with his phone and did not get back to me for quite a number of days. I think I slept well only twice in the week we were there.

De locatie is prachtig. Het dakterras is fijn en heeft een schitterend uitzicht over de zee en Monopoli. Vanaf het balkon aan de voorzijde kijk je uit over de straat. Het hotel aan de overkant zorgt met zijn restaurant op het dak voor een fijne levendigheid, dit vonden we helemaal niet storend. Daarnaast hadden we van Giuseppe een fijn ontvangst en hij gaf goede tips voor lido's en restaurants. Het appartement heeft een wasmachine, een strandparasol is aanwezig en het heeft een fijn bed.

We wisten het van te voren, maar de douche blijft een dingetje. Maar voor ons verblijf van een paar nachten was dit niet een heel groot probleem.

We loved our stay here!! The location to the water and lots of restaurants as well as the terrace for sunrises and pre dinner drinks were true highlights! We made this apartment home for our week long stay - grateful for the equipped kitchen in the seperate room to have a few home cooked breakfasts and morning coffees. The host also left a delicious bottle of wine and some Puglia snacks which was a special touch!

Unfortunately the beach less than 5 minutes away is under construction (as at July 2025) which we did not know prior to our stay - we made the most of swimming off the rocks close by. Also, the power can turn off if too many appliances are turned on at the same time (air conditioner, electric stove, hot shower) which we didn’t know about however the host helped us sort this quickly!

Great little apartment on the coast on the old town with coffee, wine and biscuits provided. Clean and functional. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful he even carried our cases up the stairs. Perfect location in the old town close to many bars and restaurants. The nearest beach was approximately 20 mins walk.

Comfortabl,clean and nice place!

Loved the stay and apartment was really nicely done and we made it home for a week. Location, we picked as we saw on the map that's next to the beach but unfortunately beach is closed as it's being washed into sea. Beautiful views from terrace, plenty of restaurants just minutes from the apartment. Very quiet, most comfy mattress, pillows, shutters makes room so dark we slept like babies. Kitchen has everything you need for quick food prep. 2 balconies, washing machine, iron. Had few hiccups at the beginning, but all sorted and at the end we had an amazing week.

Maybe shower curtain with some weights at the bottom to keep away from sticking to body would be an idea. Storage for clothes was really non existent, rail with maybe 8 hangers and a shelf when you have 2 people clothes and shoes and other things, not very comfy. Even Ikea shelves could be an idea. WiFi router on its way out, had to keep restarting (press black button at the back for 10 seconds) some days up to 5 times a day. Don't get frightened if you'll wake up to no electricity, we only had once for 2 hours as there was some works done in all municipality. But these are not negative things really, just suggestions for small updates. Overall apartment is done to really nice standards.
