"Basic Room with the BEST location in Monopoli"

Location is great. 3mins to beach and cute restaurants. And it is next to the cutest little church in Monopoli There is a rooftop access with the best view in town. Host provided welcome gift (wine and local snacks) which is really sweet.

There was two power cut in a day , which turns out to be a meter issue the owner has sorted out quickly. It is right opposite a four star hotel with window facing the rooftop dining area. Not an issue normally but there was a wedding one day and the music is quite loud. (But it’s a wedding so bless them!) The stairs are very narrow and steep but we knew that anyway so no issues. But for anyone with mobility issues pls be mindful when Booking it. The place turn out smaller than I thought and the overall decor is quite basic. But all benefit of the location is enough for me to overlook the issues.

Right in the heart of the town. Clean, modern and well finished apartment. Roof terrace with great sea views. Great facilities including a washing machine. Well stocked. We will definitely come again.

The property is immaculate and convenient for everything. A beautiful apartment, a kitchen with everything you need if you wish to cook, there’s a washing machine, which was great for us as we were on an onward trip… nearly forgot it also has a sunroof if you wish to chill or sunbath..

Small gripe the noisy, crinkly mattress protector.. I know a mattress protector is a must and I’d have been disappointed if the bed did not have one, I just thought the one on my stay was past its best maybe..

Very central and authentic. Loved the rooftop terrace and welcome wine and biscuits is a nice gesture.

A shelf or hanging basket in the shower for shampoo would be great as too difficult to get products from the floor. Also the plastic mattress protector was annoying as it made noise each time you moved.
