The location is in the old town and all looked very clean (except mold in the shower). The place really looks like in the pictures but the smell and cockroaches are unbearable!

I am sorry to give this score but it's not worth of staying! The owner left the room opened with keys inside (not very nice welcoming). We had to text her to give us the password to WiFi, but she asked few times if we have paid to the lady (assuming her mother). There is no mobile connection inside (at all)! The place is located in the middle of city centre however there is no window, the only source of air and light is front door which is on to the street so you cannot leave it open for night. There is mold in the room and smelly air, all our clothes smelled after only one night! Even those which were closed in the bags. But the worse thing were cockroaches, we had three really big ones and fours smaller ones. One was killed by a man from the restaurant which is located near by, because we were so afraid. But later on we saw many more of them outside already killed and some were alive.

Charming apartment, including a kitchen. In the old town. Clean and comfortable, a few steps from a piazza where there are restaurants and the tourist information office. Walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see.

We only stayed 1 night.

Great location inside the old city center. Spacious and clean room. Good value for the price.

The only issue was, the only window in the whole room was a part of the main entrance door right on the street. So you would have less privacy if you want natural light inside the room.

The apartment was very central in old town Monopoli. Very clean and host was very helpful with any queries we had. Would highly recommend it, and we would definitely stay here again.
