15-20min walk to the beach.

Mold/damp on bedroom wall behind bed, in bedroom cupboards and in bathroom shower and walls. Smelt of damp in bathroom and in bedroom. Shouting right outside bedroom window at 2am which scared my partner. Paid for a room with balcony however it was on the ground floor overlooking the bins. Location was not great, area did not look safe or appealing. TV had been damaged previously so there was a black circle on the screen. Safe in wardrobe did not work. Paid £700 for 6 nights and only got £60 back through making a complaint on booking.com even though we checked out on the second night to a better apartment. I had a lot more pictures to upload but it only let me upload 4.

The kitchenware wasn't clean/fresh enough.

Very easy to check in. It was an amazing location with a friendly and helpful host! The apartment was clean, well kept and spacious.

The shower was quite small, would have been better if there was a proper shower head instead of the small handheld part. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but all in all, it was a great stay!

Great apartment with three terraces if you include the one from the double room. Great little bakery just around the corner. 10min stroll to the beach and then another 10 mins to main area. Enrico gave some great restaurant recommendations. For info there is a free bus 84 from main square. Check under the stair fir beach brolley before buying one.

Nothing about apartment but beach in super busy (even more thankful for the roof terrace)

Location

It’s old and needs a refresh. Also, we parked our car in the garage and it had a large scratch when we picked up the car. The car didn’t have any scratches when we left it. we had to pay the rental company for the damage.

Comfortable and well-furnished apartments. We lived on the first floor, so it was not bad, but I recommend booking apartments in this complex on higher floors, the view will be better. Close to the beach, there is a place to park a car. My only comment is the lack of shelves in the shower cabin. All necessary things should be placed on the floor. But it will not ruin your vacation. Because these apartments have everything for a good rest.

Fantastic property. 3 private terraces, amazing views. Great location for beach and bus to Palermo. Enrico very helpful and welcoming. Couldn't ask for more.

General area in Mondello was quite dirty, streets not cleaned. Not fault of property, which was very clean, but not pleasant when walking outside. Didn't spoil our holiday, as apartment was perfect, but a shame, as Mondello could have been very pretty.

balcony was nice, as overall flat details and distance to sea (10min walk)

not many shops/bar around, but it was low season anyways
