Apartment Nusa Dua

The keys were received with a warm welcome smile at a late time. Very easy to collect from reception open 24hours.

The property was grate really good size

I feel the cost of accommodation in Bali has gone up up a lot in the past year or two and it’s quickly becoming not a very budget friendly holiday destination

The rooms looked nice.

We booked this accommodation for 1 night and all we did for the whole afternoon was to request for maintenance. The washing machine was child locked, the water dispenser cooler is not working and all the adaptors for phone charging are not working. When we called the Novotel front desk, it was a concern for the owner of the unit. We paid almost 400 dollars for just 1 night and this is what we get. It is apartment 9503 and it was very disappointing. We won't try this accommodation again. It just made my birthday a bad day.

The apartment was well stocked with kitchen utensils and activities for kids and adults. The resort grounds, pool and restaurants were beautiful. Short walk to local supermarkets, places for massages, shopping and the beach.

A few small things were lacking the the apartment but a quick call to guest services had these sorted out.

Fantastic resort facilities. Restaurant staff were amazing with our dietary requirements (celiac), especially Yuda! The beach club shuttle bus was also a great bonus

This spacious and comfortable apartment is located in the prime spot of the Novotel complex on the 5th floor, overlooking the pool and the restaurant. It is very clean and very well maintained. Huge balcony that feels very private. Some people say the Novotel complex is getting a bit dated, but not this apartment. It was the second time we stayed in this apartment, and the moment we walked in on 20/08/24, we felt as if we only left it yesterday, despite leaving it in September last year. We liked the facility, the quality of the Square restaurant food, and especially the beach club, which had amazing staff. If you like snorkelling, this is the place to be. 200m on the right from the beach club, you can find an artificial reef with coral gardens and thousands of beautiful fish. If you are unsure, just ask the staff, and they will show you where the coral gardens are. We will be back next year.

Unrelated to the apartment, we loved themed dinners at the Square restaurant last year, but they raised the price quite significantly this year, and it is no longer good value for the money, in our opinion. We just enjoyed the food from the menu instead.

The bathrooms were good but too dark and the showers were not great but wouldn’t stop me from booking here again as the owner was lovely and the apartment was nice
