Apartment Nusa Dua

Massive apartment, very spacious for our family. Staff were very attentive and the pool area was huge. Apartment came with a big balcony but the laundry hanger was quite small for our washing. Private beach area accessible by the hotel’s shuttle, super handy but the bus didn’t show up on their designated time unless they’ve been notified

Hot water in the shower didn’t work properly. Was a bit unsure regarding the garbage situation as no one came to collect it and we couldn’t find a central trash area but I didn’t find it a big deal.

Location was great, close to beach and we loved the free shuttles to the beach club and Bali Collective. Close to shops, bars, restaurants and convenience stores. Great to be able to use the Novotel facilities and partake in the various theme nights if we wanted to. Overall it was comfortable, clean and relaxing. Staff were friendly.

Be aware that if you book one of the residences via the owners rather than booking via the Novotel Resort, the resort will attempt to charge you for any incidental. There were a few miscommunications between the owner & Novotel reception which was a little frustrating at times and there were some maintenance issues but everything was eventually worked out and the owners were quick to put things right.

This private residence is located within the Novotel Nusa Dua 5-star resort. The place is simply amazing. We loved the resort facilities and beach club. The beach provides you access to unique snorkelling spots. Just walk to the right until you see the blue buoy, and you will find a fantastic place to see beautiful underwater life. Stay away from snorkelling tours; you have the best free area 200m from the beach club. We also enjoyed the food from THE SQUARE restaurant, especially themed diners (Italian night, Fish BBQ night, BBQ night at the beach club). The staff is simply excellent and super helpful and friendly. The apartment is on the 5th floor, overlooking the resort facilities. It is spacious, has two bedrooms with king beds, a huge living area and a large balcony. It was very clean. It was our first time in Bali, and the place made us want to come back as I had heard mixed opinions on the Bali holidays and was somewhat sceptical after visiting Thailand a few times and regularly visiting Cairns, QLD. We will be back, for sure.

The size of the appartment is why we come back to novotel nusa dua as we can ensure the whole family is comfortable and has space whilst enjoying an excellent resort and facilities

The 2 bdr 2 bath kitchen apartment was excellent. The rooms were spacious, the living area really nice. 3 TVs, bigg balconies in all rooms. Master bath was huge. Beds were very comfortable. Books for reading. Clothes washer. Rice cooker. Microwave. Sadly we were there only for a night, would’ve loved to have stayed longer. The apt was close to the back entrance that you can walk out of to buy stuff.

There were a lot of leftovers from previous guests. Useful stuff but weird to have half eaten packs of oatmeal, sugar, etc. Wish they had put atleast fresh coffee and tea packs. There was no creamer. The bathroom closet had used conditioner bottles, moisturiser… just weird that’s all. Ocean is not walkable. Property is very nice but you’ll have to take a cab to go anywhere.

Lovely spacious apartment, big comfortable beds and a huge balcony. The hotel facilities are excellent and prices very reasonable. Free kids club, great spa which is very inexpensive.

There are no curtains in the apartment! We remote work back to Europe so we tend to work late and sleep late. Not very easy to sleep when the sun lights up the room at sunrise.

I really liked this apartment. There are separate bedrooms and separate bathrooms for parents and for kids. Great view from the balconies. All necessary amenities are there.

Occasionally there were some smell in the smaller bathroom. Probably from the drain hole.
