Great location, comfy beds, good facilities.

The apartment was spacious and in a fantastic position.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this apartment. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious the place had not been properly cleaned. The bathrooms were filthy, with grime built up around the sinks and shower. The kitchen was no better—the oven was dirty, the cupboards hadn’t been wiped down, and the whole kitchen clearly hadn’t been cleaned between guests. For the price we paid, the level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. As if that wasn’t enough, we were also expected to wash and hang out all the sheets and bedding for all three beds before leaving at 10am. I have stayed in many hotels and apartments over the years, and I have never once been required to launder the bedding myself. This is a basic part of accommodation service, and placing that responsibility on guests—especially with an early checkout—is unreasonable and unprofessional. Dealing with the manager only made things worse. They were rude when we came back to the apartment to put the sheets on to wash after receiving a rude text about not having done so. The Manager made things far worse than it needed to be. On top of that, I was charged an unexpected extra $182 simply because three people stayed in the apartment—myself and my two older siblings. This extra charge was completely unjustified, especially considering I supplied three separate driver’s licenses prior to our arrival exactly as requested. There was no transparency about this fee. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The apartment was dirty, the customer service was poor, the guest expectations were unreasonable, and the surprise charges were unacceptable. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.

Extremely overpriced. Property needs a deep, professional clean. Far too many “do’s and dont’s”.

Great location close to shops, spacious, home away from home, food hamper of bacon, eggs and tomatoes and cereals were great, secure lockable garage. Owner easy to reach by text message as required.
