"Poor housekeeping & guest management."

Location & view.

Housekeeping was poor, and no one connected during our stay for any issues. No cared about housekeeping, towel, and bedsheets change. Even not single time during our stay over a week.

Tiada langsung hos yang membantu untuk memudahkan saya ambil kunci penginapan dan menuju ke unit homestay, call tak jawab, yang paling teruk, semua admin sy call masa nak check in semua tak jawab. bagi 1 card access saja menyusahkan. towel berbau busuk dan masam.kalau parking di blok A, menapak jauh nak ke blok B. Tiada yang istimewa menginap disini. Amat mengecewakan.
