Key collection and return is a smooth process.

We were initially assigned to this apartment which is located at block B level 16 unit 7. Problems encountered in this unit: 1) Ceiling fan unable to turn on in 1 of the common bedroom. 2) Unable to use water heater in master bedroom due to always power trip after turning on the switch. 3) Kitchen cabinet is infested with cockroaches. 4) There is only 1 Air Cond remote control to be used for all bedrooms including living room. Reported all this issues to Customer Service, they got the maintenance team to come down on site in a short while but fortunately they only manage to resolve the ceiling fan issue but just partially. According to the technician, they need to escalate the other issues to their contractor which can only be done the following week. We request for change of apartment as the condition as mention above is not acceptable. They were initially defensive and insist that cockroach infestation is normal as "there is other resident cooking there so maybe will have some issue with this" and "so sorry dear currently we dun have available unit for changing". So my wife came into the picture and demand them for a change of apartment. Thankfully on the first night, they assigned us to a new apartment which is located at block A Level 8 unit 5. No problems with this unit and everything is good.

have a little bit smelly things in bathroom, other than that, everything is very okey, 5 star !!!
