Un monolocale molto accogliente e ben disposto. Vicino alle fermate autobus e al molo. Vicino anche alla Greenway.

Affaccia sulla via principale che è affollata ma con le finestre chiuse non si sente troppo rumore.

Дуже сподобались апартаменти, відповідали своєму опису та нашим очікуванням. Були чисті рушники, посуд, холодильник, тераса, дуже велике ліжко і телевізор. Можна було готувати сніданки та вечері на кухні, дуже гарна та чиста квартира, дуже зручно було самостійне заселення. В подарунок отримали пляшку вина, але не хотіли пити, тому залиши її наступним відвідувачам. Зручно розташування, відповідно місцевості, просто в душ лагах неймовірна вілла, і в 20 хв пішки та сама вілла Бальбьянело. Самі апарти знаходились біля дороги, що трошки було таки шумно, беріть беруші для сну. Але зупинка автобусна прям біля під'їзду, що теж зручно

Не працювала посудомийка. Так як ми користувались кожен день кухнею на сніданок та вечерю, то було дуже неочікувано дізнатись що посудомийка не працює і немає в апартаментах потрібного хімічного засобу для миття посуду. Це єдине що нас засмутило

Nice,clean studio,relatively good area if you have a car,good communications with the host

Noise considering it is right on the main road,lack of coffee capsules(there is an espresso machine but if there are no capsules it is like a piece of furniture)
