The apartament has everything a family of 4 needs for their stay in Tenerife. There is a lovely little ocean view and the pool is excellent.

No complaints

The location was good. Communication from the host was good.

We were concerned that there was no smoke alarm in the property. The front left hob did not seem to be working, the mirror in the bathroom is very badly oxidised and looks a mess. The balcony door was extremely difficult to operate… the locks were confusing, the centre lock is broken and the door does not slide properly. The front door handle fell off while we were there but we managed to fix it. There are exposed sockets in the bedroom and lounge which was very concerning and the small bedroom window could not be locked shut posing a security risk. The toilet does not flush properly due to lack of water pressure. This was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. There were only two large plates and no normal knives in the kitchen (only serrated steak knives) and the rest of the cutlery and crockery was extremely random and not entirely clean. The double bed in the main bedroom has barely any room to walk past and we both hurt our knees on it. The balcony chairs look like they could break at any moment. We were wary of sitting in them. We note that many of these things have already been reported by many previous guests, yet sadly not addressed nor rectified by the host.
