Tenerife South Apartment, 3 Pools, Sea View, Near Los Cristianos

No frills.

The location is great. The settlement is quite quiet and yet offers the necessary facilities, such as a shop, restaurants, playgrounds, a promenade by the sea, and a swimming pool. We had a separate room for a child that she liked very much and a nice balcony where we had breakfast every day and could enjoy the evenings. In all the other tourist places, there was much more noise, traffic and people, so we were very satisfied. Communication with our hostess Laura was excellent. We received answers to all questions very quickly. She is extremely warm and approachable.

We stayed with 2 kids, flat was perfect for us and safe for crawling baby. Property was clean, we were cooking meals a few times and found enough pans, etc. We enjoyed a lot the complex with swimming pool, it was very quiet and secure within the territory. Nice terrace that feels bigger than on the photos. Single room is quite small but OK. Communication via WhatsApp was very good and quick. Would stay again here.

Relatively quiet place, no major issues to find parking spots, very close to the 'recreational area' behind Palm-Mar (worth exploring on foot!), very close to TFS airport (15' by car).

There were a few annoying technical defects (e.g. balcony window not closing well, front door a little hard to close, one of the electric outlets in the bedroom did not function well, etc). Nothing major but some maintenance would be of help. 2nd bedroom (small one) was very small and a little strange as a sleeping place next to the washing machine, located in a kind of a wardrobe more than a room.

Value for money. Simple two bedroom apartment. Hot water was great. Winter sunshine on the balcony all day.

Previous guests didn’t fully clean all the utensils and plates, but that is not the hosts issue.
