The view towards the ocean is awesome, the apartment was cleaned before we arrived. It has a second floor where the bedrooms are and it has 2 air conditions installed. We received clean towels and bedsheets after a few days. room has a Vault. Kitchen kind of has everything needed to cook some nice Mediterranean recipes. the swimming pool is awesome, however do not let kids alone accidents can happen and nobody looks, your on you own.

It is not near a Beach, and I mean beach where you can swim , the ones close by foot are wild and dangerous. Access to the apartment is done via a person , if you arrive late you have to wake her up, a key box outside would be more simple to collect the keys. Be aware you will be prompted to send a deposit on an amount of 234 euros on a third party website that has nothing to do with booking and booking support says it's legit however it is illogical why the deposit is asked, or why it is not required when you book, if you don't read well, you will have to pay extra(you get it back but it's above budget) to be able to stay. they ask for copies of passports etc (I have never seen such lack of confidence in tourists). The deposit in my case has been returned 14 days later, I find that inacceptable, to wait so long to get my money back knowing they were there to see the apart the same day we left. The pans and stuff have been dirty full of grime, they were cleaned with a sponge, we bought a cleaner mix and a plastic sponge and after some active cleaning the pans looked shiny again. The living room does not have an air conditioning, quite hot during the day, One of the air conditionings in the master bedroom did not work, gave warm air only. Tested all settings. The bedrooms can be closed by key but the doors in the living room cannot be closed with the key, we had to permanently observe our little one so she does not go on the balcony alone, that is stressful. Overall price for the location and services was high (there are higher ones around but that does not justify a mid level service) . the front door is rusty and looks not so good, it could be restored a little. In the Pal Mar area there is not much going on , there is a supermarket but prices are not cheap. Not much entertainment during the day nor the night, we had to go by car to Las Americas to see something. Building is surrounded by dog poo (outside in the sidewalk) nobody cares to clean.
