Palm Mar Penthouse Duplex

The balcony was very well furnished. The meet and greet lady (Julie) was kind.

No bedroom furniture in 2nd bedroom so had to carry a set of drawers and a lamp from the other room. The shower in the en suite was shoddy plus no shelf to put shower gel etc.it all had to be on the floor. No towel rail by the shower either. Unusable shower attachment over the bath on the main bathroom as no shower curtain or screen. No towel rail by the bath, had to compromise and use the toilet roll holder. Very poor quality towels for the rating. Mostly thin and old. Big springs showing up through the corner section of the sofa so had to put balcony cushions on it to sit down. Only one tea towel. No jugs or bowls to microwave food in. Some badly cracked crockery. No toilet roll holder in downstairs loo. No kettle for first 3 days. Only one set of keys so if one of us went out the other was housebound. Not worthy of it's rating at all. Worst of all the outstanding feature of this apartment was advertised as the stunning pool area. We could not find access to it despite asking the management company several times. Certainly not up to the expected Booking.com standards. Very dissatisfied and will not book again.

The apartment was very clean and nice, also perfect location for sea view.

Can't really fault it.
