Great apartment on the ground floor, with a large living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, and everything you need.

On the day we moved in, we noticed that the apartment came with a parking space in the underground garage, so we asked the landlady how we could park there. The question was asked on the very same day we rented the place. She replied that everything had to be booked in advance. When I mentioned that there were ants in the house, she told me that I had brought them with me, and that if I didn't like something, I should leave immediately and send her a photo of the keys left behind. The next day, she additionally wrote to me that we had to thoroughly clean the entire apartment after ourselves. On our last day, when we left and put the keys back in the same place where we had picked them up (we had no other instructions), she started messaging us that we had done everything wrong and that now someone would definitely break in and steal everything.

El ambientador de la casa demasiado pesado, y el trato con la persona encargada, ya que no vimos y fué sutilmente desagradable via mensaje...llamaba por teléfono y me salia una maquina

Très déçu de l'accueil de l'hôte. Nous sommes arrivés à 20h15. l'hôte été avisé de l'heure de notre arrivée à plusieurs reprises. Elle n'a pas voulu nous ouvrir car le sol été pas sec etc... Elle n'est pas venu nous accueillir et nous étions derrière un portail. o n a du l'appeler plusieurs fois Elle s'est fâchée et a voulu nous retirer l'hébergement de booking. on a du la calmer pour pouvoir récupérer l'appartement; on avait pas envi de trouver un hôtel à 9 h du soir. Une histoire incroyable.

De keuken was niet 100% clean. De handvaten van de schuiven en kasten waren nogal plakkerig. Het kookgerei, vooral de pannen zijn aan vervanging toe. De microgolfoven is zeker en vast aan vervanging toe (roest en niet echt proper). De verlichting in de badkamer was ook niet optimaal. Er ontbrak nl 1 spot waardoor je verplicht was om steeds de verlichting aan wasbak aan te steken. We hadden in de badkamer met douche ook wat last van mieren. Het slot aan het inkomhekken was ook niet zo gemakkelijk om te openen.

tuve que dormir en una cama de niños, poco equipamiento para las camas. No tiene iluminación encima de la mesa para poder comer como se debe, iluminación precaria, luz de extractor cocina no funciona, limpieza extractor, horno, microondas deficiente, se nota falta de limpieza profunda. La anfitriona no está para tratar con público, trato agrio y desagradable, una vez que pagas cambia por completo, nos hizo salir con las maletas por la rampa del garaje cuando había un ascensor al lado y nos lo dijo cuando ya estábamos arriba, nos cobró 50€ adicional por el perro en efectivo sin comprobante ninguno, el último día no vino a recoger la llave y hubo que hacer maravillas para salir: uno sosteniendo el portón para que no se cerrara y otro entrar a dejar las llaves en la mesa, ya que todo era con llaves para entrar y salir. La presidenta de la comunidad me recibió como si fuera un delincuente cuando estaba bajando las cosas de mi coche en el garaje que por supuesto venía incluído.
