Da localização.

Limpeza, chegamos no local e tinha resto de alimentos no chão, ficaram de refazer a limpeza e não vieram. Cafeteira não funcionou, ficaram de trocar e não vieram.

Foi a experiência mais impessoal de hospedagem que eu tive na vida. Eles enviam mensagem colocando-se à disposição para atendimento 24h por dia, mas não tive absolutamente nenhuma mensagem respondida, durante o meu tempo de estadia, pelo número de WhatsApp disponibilizado. Algumas mensagens respondidas pelas mensagens do booking, via de regra de forma bem demorada e intempestiva. Percebe-se uma total indiferença referente ao bem-estar do hóspede. Não recomendo.

Não gostei de quase nada, a parte boa foi a localização, perto da arena opus, mas há outras opções.

Atendimento por vejat WhatsApp. Muita demora pra ser atendido. Equipamentos da cozinha com problemas. Reclamação feita mas não atendida.
